Declutter Coaching

Calm, clear living through decluttering. One space at a time. One step is enough.

Services

Loft and Logic offers one‑on‑one declutter coaching by phone to help reduce overwhelm and create calmer, more functional spaces—without pressure, shame, or unrealistic expectations.

This work is gentle, practical, and paced to support real life. We focus on progress that feels manageable and sustainable, not doing everything at once.

How We Work

Each session focuses on one clearly defined space, chosen for where it will bring the most relief right now.

That space might be:

  • A counter, surface, or small area

  • An entryway or daily landing spot

  • A drawer, cabinet, or paperwork zone

  • Or, at times, a full room

We keep the scope intentionally small. The goal isn’t to declutter everything—it’s to make progress that feels complete and doable.

Using a simple, guided process, we:

  • Clarify what the space is meant to support in your current life

  • Make thoughtful decisions about what stays, what moves, and what can be released

  • Create gentle structure so the space is easier to use and maintain

  • Close the loop so the progress actually stick

We often begin with a high‑traffic area, but the starting point is always chosen with care.

The Loft and Logic Approach

Loft is the space you’re creating—room to breathe, move, and rest.
Logic is the gentle structure that helps you get there.

My work blends:

  • A clear, repeatable process

  • Decision‑making support

  • Compassionate, non‑judgmental coaching

The focus isn’t perfection or productivity. It’s helping you feel less overwhelmed and more capable of taking the next step.

What This Is (and What It Isn’t)

This is declutter coaching—not professional organizing labor and not therapy.

You don’t need to be organized.
You don’t need a plan.
You don’t need to be “ready.”

You just need a place to start.

My role is to help you identify that next step and support you as you take it, one space at a time.

Getting Started

We begin with a simple email conversation to:

  • Clarify what you’re feeling stuck with

  • Determine whether working together feels like a good fit

  • Identify a manageable place to begin

If it feels aligned, we’ll schedule a 60‑minute phone session and take it from there.

Feel free to share what’s been weighing on you and a few times that work for a call.

Please allow a few business days for a response—I review each message thoughtfully.

No pressure. Just clarity.

Gentle Reminder

Coaching focuses on organization, decision‑making, and practical support. While sessions can feel emotionally grounding, they are not therapy or a substitute for mental health care.

In addition to coaching, I've curated a collection of wearable reminders inspired by this same philosophy - for people who find comfort in carrying it with them.

I also offer a small number of self-guided resources for those who prefer to begin on their own.
